International Payments


  • What kind of payments do you accept from international customers ?

    Red Hill Supply ONLY accepts wire transfers for the full amount of the order for payment.

  • Do you accept credt cards for international orders?

    Due to high amounts of fraud, we do not accept non US credit cards or credit cards for any order shipped outside of the United States.

  • How do we obtain wire transfer instructions?
  • Fill out the contact us form and select "Wire Transfer" instructions. Then we will email or fax our wire transfer instructions to you.

     

International Shipping


  • How do we handle shipping?
  • We will ship your order to a US freight forwarder and they can handle shipping your order overseas. We will not ship directly to an international address. Most of our international customers have their own preferred freight forwarder that we ship all of their orders to.

  • What is a freight forwarder?
  • An international freight forwarder is an agent for the exporter (thats you) in moving cargo and packages to an overseas destination. They are trained to handle import rules and regulations of foreign countries, the export regulations of the U.S. government, the methods of shipping, and the documents related to foreign trade. They can also help you prepare price quotations by advising on freight costs, port charges, consular fees, costs of special documentation, insurance costs, and their handling fees. They can also assist you in packaging methods that will protect your merchandise during shipping.

  • How do I find a freight forwarder?
  • We will ship your order to a US freight forwarder and they can handle shipping your order overseas. We will not ship directly to an international address. Most of our international customers have their own preferred freight forwarder that we ship all of their orders to.

  • Who pays custom charges?
  • It is very important to consider the effects of tariffs, taxes, port handling fees and other miscellaneous customs charges. The importer (thats you) is responsible for paying these charges. A good freight forwarder can help you with these details.

  • How do we package items for international shipping ?
  • Red Hill Supply does not package items for international shipping. The freight forwarder you choose, should be able to assist you with packaging items for shipment and advise you of the costs.

  • How do we place an order?

  • To place an order, you must call us during regular business ( 9am -5pm US Central TIme) and we will process your order. Our phone number is 832-295-0605

  • When will my order ship to a US freight forwarder ?

  • Once the wire transfer payment has been received in our account, we will process your order and ship it to a freight forwarder of your choice. We must receive payment in full before any goods are shipped.

  • What is the return policy for international orders?

  • International orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
