The Stinger is a professional recovery unit that is ideal for the recovery of refrigerant in either liquid or vapor from air conditioning units or refrigeration systems as well as residential, commercial, and industrial appliances / equipment. Professionals who would benefit from using the Stinger include HVACR service technicians, mechanical contractors, refrigeration manufacturers, and plant maintenance personnel.  The Stinger is the smallest, most lightweight unit of its kind, providing recovery of all medium and high-pressure refrigerants—including R-410A. The Stinger’s rugged construction will provide you with many seasons of reliable operation. The large, easy to read gauges indicate pressure and vacuum so you know when recovery is. High pressure copper tubing is used throughout the unit. Greater condenser capacity provides quicker recovery on the hottest days. Compressor is driven by a powerful, 0.8 horsepower motor. Full steel frame in rugged polymer case. Power source: 110/120 VAC 50/60 Hz (220 VAC 50/60 Hz). Recovery rate (R-22): liquid 3.88 lbs./min.; liquid push-pull 14 lbs./min.; vapor - up to 0.33 lbs./ min. Self-purging system: no hose changes.
