SureGrip® Hex Design - The patented SureGrip® wrenching design on wrench box ends drives the side of the hex of the fastener, not the corner. This not only provides increased torque, but also provides a "sure grip" on the fastener and avoids edge breakage, especially on rusted or damaged fasteners. Box ends are also countersunk to help lead the wrench over fastener heads. Angled Heads for Greater Access - S-K wrench ends are angled for greater access. Most box ends feature 15 degree offset heads to provide useful hand clearance. Open ends are rotated 15 degrees, providing improved access over straight head designs. Open ends also feature a smooth arc radius design for improved strength and durability.
