7 piece 1000V Insulated Expert2 Combination screwdriver set has been tested 5 ways for your safety. Every tool is individually tested to 1000V at the end of the manufacturing cycle. After the most vulnerable part of the tool is penetrated, no breakdown or flashover should occur when 5000V are applied applied for 3 minutes. After the tool is heated 158 degrees F. and 110 lb. force is applied, the sheath and guard should remain bonded to the metal. After the tool is exposed to a flame for 10 seconds the flame spread over the tool should be minimal. After the tool is chilled to -77 degrees F. the sheating should not crack when a force is applied to the handle end.
