Fully tested on both conventional and distributorless ignition systems, and direct spark systems using an additional spark plug wire. A simple rotary switch selects firing voltage, burn time, and burn voltage. All readings are taken on each firing of the spark plug . The tester may be used on any gas engine, including those on motor vehicles, lawn mowers, snow blowers, motorcycles, personal watercrafts, snowmobiles, marine and industrial equipment, etc.
