Ingersoll Rand is one of the leading producers of material handling equipment for industry.  Thanks to more than 70 years of experience in producing industrial equipment, they have been able to understand the needs of businesses much more acutely than many of their rivals, and bring this understanding to bear on the way in which tools such as their range of industrial electric winches are produced and marketed.
Ingersoll Rand Industrial Electric Winches share a number of common features with items from the rest of the company’s range of products.  The attention to detail throughout the construction process and the use of the highest quality components throughout the units is as you would expect, and this gives rise to equipment that is much more reliable for the user, and has a much longer lifespan than lower quality products.
One of the main advantages of the Ingersoll Rand line of Industrial Electric Winches is the significant power levels that they offer.  In a high pressure environment, it is essential to be able to call upon equipment that can comfortably handle the tasks that you need to perform, and this is one area that IR winches will not let you down in.  The complete range of industrial electric winches comprises tools that have a lifting capacity from a few hundred pounds up to a massive 50,000 lbs, meaning that there is a tool available for almost any industrial application that you might require.
For maximum efficiency and satisfaction, all IR industrial electric winches share a number of common features including a totally enclosed fan cooled electric motor to ensure complete protection from  the environment; an automatic braking system for much better control of the unit whether lifting or lowering; and a motor that has been designed to offer B class insulation, and a minimum 1.0 service factor that ensures the unit has the ability to provide 100% horsepower throughout the duty cycle.
For maximum convenience and ease of application, all IR industrial electric winches can be mounted horizontally, vertically or upside down, so that they can fit in with the exact needs of your facility to provide the best quality service in use.
The Electric Worm Gear Series of Ingersoll Rand Industrial Electric Winches offer convenient power on demand, and have rated capacities between 1,500lb and 2,000lb.  The feature cast bronze worm gears for maximum lifespan and automatic braking for additional safety and control in use.  As you would expect from Ingersoll Rand, the units offer an impressive duty cycle, with 15 minutes possible from the EBT-1500A20-5 and 12 models, and around 10 minutes at full power on offer from the more robust models in the EBT-2000 range, which have a more powerful ability.
For longer duty cycles, there are a number of options available to you in the IR range.  With capacities of lifting from 200 to 25,000lb, the Electric Winches and Car Pullers in the IR range provide users with the opportunity to carry out a full range of tasks, and allow for applications across a wide variety of industries where superior pulling power over long periods of time is necessary.
The new Fulcrum Winch Series from Ingersoll Rand has been designed to meet and exceed the requirements of the North American ANSI/ASME B30-7 safety standards.  There are two versions of the basic system available with models designed for both lifting and pulling applications on offer. These industrial electric winches are intended to offer the best possible levels of power throughout their entire cycle while retaining high levels of efficiency.  Thanks to the planetary gearing systems built into these winches, you get unparalleled levels of performance throughout the function of the unit.
