Garmin International is pleased to introduce the new GXM 31 XM Smart Antenna. The GXM 31 delivers XM Satellite Radio and XM WX™ Satellite Weather services to your compatible Garmin chartplotter. The GXM 31 can be either flush or pole mounted, and it comes with a 30ft long cable with a positive lock waterproof mini-USB connector.

With a subscription to XM WX Weather, users will receive comprehensive graphical weather displays on a compatible Garmin chartplotter in the continental U.S. and 100 miles into U.S. coastal waters. Over 20 different types of graphical weather information can be overlaid on the map of a compatible Garmin display. XM WX Satellite Weather delivers location-specific, animated, high-resolution weather data, in chart-overlay form, directly to your Garmin GPS.

With a subscription to XM Satellite Radio, GPSMAP® 5X0 series & GPSMAP 5X5 series users will receive 160 digital channels of commercial-free music including more than 30 channels of news, sports, talk and entertainment along with 20 dedicated channels of XM Instant Traffic & Weather. It also features the deepest playlist in the industry with access to over 2 million titles.

The GXM 31 XM Smart Antenna is included as a standard accessory with the purchase of a GPSMAP 430x, 430sx, 440x and 440sx (XM WX Satellite Weather only. The "x" versions do not support audio.). The GXM 31 is also compatible with the GPSMAP 530, 530s, 540, 540s, 535, 535s, 545 and 545s. (Please Note: The GPSMAP 430, 430s, 440 and 440s are not compatible with the GXM 31.)
