This 3" holder pad is designed for ease of handling and to provide improved grinding and a cool running operation. Its metal threaded center allows it to keep the disc secure and in place for the life of the disc.  For use with Lockit quick change discs.  Also it can run at the highest RPM rating in the industry! Made in the USA.
